spellen

A child is not a vessel to fill, but a torch to be ignited.

Inspired by what we learned about TRIZ and OTSM-TRIZ - a Russian innovation method and philosophy, we started developing our own ‘games’ – simple cutting and pasting – somewhere in 2008. Subsequently, we ‘tested’ some of these games on the (young) children of friends and acquaintances. We wanted to find out whether the games that we developed were interesting enough for the children they are meant for. The next step was a trial period of several weeks during which we played one specific game with a large group of children at the local primary school. How happy can you be when what you supposed to be fun is really experienced that way by the children! Since September 2009, I worked with different (types and groups of) children on subjects mainly based on ‘how can learning to learn be fun?’ That’s what it is all about!!

This helps to reduce the ‘search area’ in a quick, accurate...
