to act

Just to know is not enough, we also have to apply;
just to want is not enough, we also have to act.

Goethe

Like Goethe said: at some point in time you have to act, even when it is or just seems hard to do. If you ‘know what’ you want to do – for example when participating in a project – you continue with the next step: ‘know how’. For example, when a project proposal is ready, you start to work on the content with a group of enthusiastic developers. In order to do that effectively, we must make sure that as a group – sometimes from very different cultural backgrounds – we agree on the ‘know how’ to translate the proposal into real content. A very interesting path where interaction is crucial! Only then, we can act effectively as a group!
